Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the adb77 website located at adb77.io, including all services, features, games, and betting products accessible through it.

• "Balance" means the amount of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in your adb77 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any eligible bonus credits separately designated.

• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by adb77 prior to processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed necessary.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all platform operations and communications.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of the adb77 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the adb77 platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you:

Account Registration

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one adb77 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and associated balances may be forfeited.

• Age verification: You must be aged 21 or older. adb77 reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party. adb77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain credential security.
• Account closure by User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting adb77 support. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to applicable verification requirements.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the adb77 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may require up to four (4) business hours.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. adb77 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours. Funds are typically delivered to your mobile wallet within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. adb77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds where possible.
• Currency: adb77 operates solely in BDT. No currency conversion is applied at any stage. All balances, bets, and payouts are displayed and settled in BDT.

adb77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Users will be notified of any such hold within forty-eight (48) hours of the withdrawal request.

Bonuses and Promotions

adb77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered users at its sole discretion. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion details:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issue. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account.
• One bonus per promotion: Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion, per account, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus withdrawal restriction: Bonus credits may not be withdrawn as cash. Only cash winnings generated from completed bonus wagering are eligible for withdrawal.
• adb77 right to withdraw offers: adb77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users will not be entitled to compensation for any change to promotional terms.

Betting Rules

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not valid until confirmed by the adb77 system and a confirmation notification is displayed in your account. Bets pending confirmation are not settled until full system confirmation is received.

• Void bets: adb77 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds pricing is identified, where an event result is disputed or under investigation, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bet stakes are returned to the User's account.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted based on the live game state at the time of confirmation. Where connectivity issues prevent timely confirmation, the bet may be voided. adb77 does not accept liability for bets delayed due to User-side connectivity issues.
• Cricket markets: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers match markets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Rain-affected matches are settled according to the official result, including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the adb77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to give an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the adb77 platform;
• Using the platform for any money laundering purpose or to facilitate illegal financial transactions;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information to gain an unfair advantage on sports markets;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing adb77 staff or other users via any communication channel.

adb77 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account displaying irregular activity. Users under investigation may have their accounts temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adb77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond adb77's reasonable control;
